How Therapy Helps
People often seek therapy when life feels overwhelming, stuck or confusing. Together we can work on:
Anxiety — easing worry, panic, overthinking and physical tension
Depression — finding steadiness, motivation and emotional clarity
Relationship concerns — improving communication, boundaries and connection
Trauma — processing difficult experiences safely and gradually
Therapy offers a confidential space where you can slow down, feel understood and begin to make sense of what’s happening inside you.

I am an experienced Psychotherapist and Psychologist integrating understandings from the psychodynamic and humanistic traditions. I am guided by the person in therapy and emphasise the importance of the therapeutic relationship for greater self-awareness and development.
I am a qualified supervisor and I am also interested in harnessing the natural environment (Ecotherapy) as a therapeutic medium for groups and individuals.
